Surge model changes

The Met Office has been adapting NEMO for use as the UK Operational Storm Surge Forecasting Model (replacing the current CS3X model) since before 2016.

NTSLF will be displaying the new ouputs, but this means surge forecasts are available for tide gauge locations only.

Discontinued: Boygrift, King’s Lynn and Wells-next-the-Sea.
Use Immingham for Boygrift (high water, HW at about same time), King’s Lynn (HW about 30 mins later) and Wells-next-the-Sea (Wells Bar HW about 20 mins after Immingham HW); also compare with Cromer.
