Station Kerguelen (files kerguelen.*)

This station was occupied by BPR's from POL during 1986-88 and from the
University of Grenoble, France thereafter.

POL instrumentation consisted of Paroscientific Digiquartz pressure
transducers, with long term instrumental drift removed from each of the
records. As with data from Amsterdam and elsewhere, the datum of the
pressure measurements is not maintained from one deployment to the next.

For the records for 1988 onwards, obtained from colleagues at the University
of Grenoble, no attempt has been made to remove possible
long-term drifts in these pressure measurements.
